Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius rebuffed an appeal from Rep. Lou Barletta, R-Pa., on behalf of a girl who needs a lung transplant but can’t get one because of a federal regulation that prevents her from qualifying for a transplant. …
“I would suggest, sir, that, again, this is an incredibly agonizing situation where someone lives and someone dies,” Sebelius replied. “The medical evidence and the transplant doctors who are making the rule—and have had the rule in place since 2005 making a delineation between pediatric and adult lungs, because lungs are different than other organs—that it’s based on the survivability [chances].” …

WTF? Why does such a federal regulation exist?
Unfortunately there are many more people in need of organs then donors. There are current rules around who gets in the front of the line. One can argue against the rule as written. But does one want a situation where a Congressman gets to reshuffle the line? If this girl gets to jump in line then someone who does not have the political pull will not get the organ and will die.
The very young and the very old will be the first to be denied care under Obamacare. The Nazis had a term..”life without life” for those deemed too expensive for the state to care for and who then were euthanized. We can expect the same under Obamacare.
Democrats are part and parcel to murder on a daily basis. Nazis of the first order. I wish on them the same fate as the Nazis.
