Right. I think I’m in the minority because I don’t want him to get the death penalty. He would go into his execution with great joy, believing himself to be a martyr and on his way to his 72 virgins. He would consider it a victory. I want him to face the prospect of knowing that he will rot in prison for the rest of his disgusting life.
Of course, letting him live wouldn’t bring justice to all of his victims, and I absolutely have trouble coming to grips with that aspect of it.
There goes the ‘workplace violence’ theory. LOL! Someone please tell Hasan that the Taliban is “inside the building”.
