In a final regulation issued Wednesday, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) assumed that under Obamacare the cheapest health insurance plan available in 2016 for a family will cost $20,000 for the year.
Under Obamacare, Americans will be required to buy health insurance or pay a penalty to the IRS.
The IRS's assumption that the cheapest plan for a family will cost $20,000 per year is found in examples the IRS gives to help people understand how to calculate the penalty they will need to pay the government if they do not buy a mandated health plan.
The examples point to families of four and families of five, both of which the IRS expects in its assumptions to pay a minimum of $20,000 per year for a bronze plan.
“The annual national average bronze plan premium for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) is $20,000,” the regulation says.

.... And of course we all absolutely know that as the price of health care and insurance costs blows clear through the roof, the Dems are going to blame this high rising costs squarely on the Republicans!!! After all ... they really do understand the minds of the so called Low Information Voters.
..... I sincerely hope the GOP realizes this and actually have a planned strategic response to the accusation at the ready. Otherwise the Liberals just may have a major strongly growing and possibly a "Slam Dunk" devastating PR win on their side if they don't. The liberal response to this is pretty much a given and easily predicted. Question: Does the GOP ever look beyond the current and present with their strategies? I sure hope so for this countries sake.

To many sheeple. They will just line up. Government will mandate “living wages” or offset those that can’t pay with welfare payments to make up the difference.
i don’t think there is anything they could do that would start a war.
$20K is not inconsistent with what I’ve heard for code DD reporting on W-2’s for family coverage. But that is for a good plan. Just how many bells and whistles were mandated for “bronze” level anyway? And $20K a year for a typical family? Who the heck uses that much health care in any given year?
And my 'payment' will be a photo of my middle finger sent to the IRS and I will not care if get fined more or I go to jail and I know I will not be the only one who will do that. And after I take all my money out of my bank account so they can't put a lein on it, I assume next they will come after my house which is exactly why they want to take my guns as well.
