PHOENIX (CBS5) - Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officials say the man who owns the SUV that struck and killed a Phoenix police officer is not in the country legally.

((snip))

"In March 2012, ICE placed Mr. Cabrera-Molina in removal proceedings and detained him following his incarceration in the Maricopa County Jail on a charge unrelated to this most recent arrest. Mr. Cabrera-Molina was ordered released from ICE custody in May 2012 after he posted the $5,000 bond granted by an immigration judge with the Department of Justice's Executive Office of Immigration Review. His removal proceedings remain pending at this time. In 2011 Mr. Cabrera-Molina was repatriated to Mexico."

Just a little more blood on the President’s hands.

Contact your congress critter and demand any immigration reform includes the death penalty for any felony committed by an individual who has illegally entered the U.S.

This would be a good litmus test to see who is worthy of your support.

But it’s American blood so he surely doesn’t mind any more than he did when Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed.

The guy owns an SUV, he posted a $5,000 dollar bond, he has already been sent back to Mexico once.He is 24 years old.

He returned less than a year later, he has been arrested for drug possession.

I don’t need a picture drawn for me:

This guy is a drug dealer, turned loose by ICE and killing an American
We need more like this? We need to pass an Immigration bill that allows this.? America -—we are all crazy to allow this.

"We really can't say this is an attribute of a certain class of people and attribute that to everybody all the time. That's just unfair and unAmerican," said Penalosa.

I don't need a delusional ambulance-chasing (ICE-chasing?) Mexican hack educating me on what is fair or un-American, dammit!

I don't see Aztlan imbeciles defending legal immigrants.

And, yes, I can attribute this felon's behavior as typical of the whole sick illegal culture.

Why do those evil SUVs keep crossing the border illegally to kill innocent Americans?

Someone has to transport the weapons for Holder. A new SUV would do this nicely.

From my home page:

___________________________________________________________________

Whenever an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or something similar, here’s what I recommend:
What can we do about it? Here’s my standard post.

RICO —Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.

Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.

RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.

In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.

Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.

Why do we need a new immigration bill? Seems to me all that is wrong is the rats and RINOS refuse to enforce the existing law. Instead they just let the citizens be cannon fodder.

I don’t even know why legal Hispanics support this - unless they’re just doing what they’re told.

Surprisingly the illegal alien stuck around. Many of them abandon their vehicle and run away from the accident scene, never to be found.

I like the way you think.

Government fiats have provided miles of red tape. Stop fighting the red tape and figure out how to hang them with it.
