How racist of General Mills!

They won’t use a Muslim family.

I only read through half the comments here, but maybe I’m the only one to think that black women might be very bitter about black men marrying white women, and have some motivation for hostility (with the added bonus of it looking like blacks are still the victim of racism.)

That was one of the cutest commercials I’ve seen in a long time.

What a precious little girl. The look on dad’s face was priceless, too.

I am sure there was a reason why Cheerios chose this particular ad. On the Cheerios ad, like a previous commentor, I had not even noticed what the hubbub was about until it was pointed out For years now every commercial on tv and in ads, has been promoting multi-culturism and diversity. It is almost comical that when a bunch of kids or adults are shown, there is mostly always one from each ethnic group portrayed. Maybe that is a good thing...subliminal acceptance? Very soon, it will be promoting homosexual lifestyles, and then religious diversity to include those religions not presently acceptable (Islam, fr’instance). We are being, softly, mentally prepared for a whole different country.

Sounds like one of those Stormfront infiltration things. I’ve ran into them on youtube, commenting under a Reagan video which had nothing to do with race, but they were there, polluting the comments section. They travel in packs of 10-20 or so and repeat “mantras” to each other and you can’t distinguish one person from the other. They’re more of a weirdo cult than anything.

The problem here isn’t the racial aspect of the video, it’s the fact that the company manufacturing cheerios is testing the waters with the commercial. Their statement was something to the effect of “We support all kinds of families.” Next on their list is the family with two dads or two moms. Just watch.

Excellent commercial.

Even better if it smokes the pond scum out!

One commenter also posted a racial slur about the likelihood of black men staying with their family,

Statistics are a slur too I guess.

The comment about learning to steal early is funny.

I would bet some of the most hateful comments did not come from white folk.

A Cheerios commercial has sparked controversy after a large group of people started posting racially charged messages about the new ad on YouTube.

Large group or a few racists? Large group or a few race baiters? Who knows, who cares?

I've seen the commercial several times and never noted the race...until this.
