Imagine that Officer(?) saying they had to protect Federal Property from damage we would do! We were over 150 feet from the building on a public sidewalk!
They were the dogs...actually! K-9 Units in big vehicles marked POLICE in huge letters and only tiny homeland security on the front fender.
Is this the future?
I see an interesting angle developing there. K-9 presence, DHS Police, whatever that is and I assume it is separate from the old Federal Protective Service ... was there also a local presence? A COMPLETE over-reaction at great taxpayer expense. They knew damned well there wasn't a threat. It was intimidation, pure and simple. This is simply a continuation of the current regime's thug tactics. A little bit of Chicago came to Brevard.
