The Ffeds couldn't enforce martial law on just NYC let alone the entire USA. Occupation and martial law requires incredible amounts of manpower. The Feds simply do not have the numbers.

Force multipliers. Army Special Forces lives on that practice and so did Hitler’s Germany and the Soviet Union. It is called “Block Captains”. Take the meanest, nastiest, liberal that you can find on each block and every apartment building, give them an armband and a radio. Hand them a sheet of rules for martial law. Tell them if anyone gets out of line to call and the offender will be shot on sight or arrested and tortured later.

Totally agree. Like I said everybody has a dream. :-)
They only need to make a few examples.
Use a drone to blow up a house or two for instance.

And once they started dropping, there numbers would quickly decline exponentially.
If a thing is not just, there will be no loyalty to it when life and limb are at stake.
