i guess that's part of my point, unless she's used to 3-ways, i'd think she'd be at least a little sore and have have lets say other signs that she'd seen a fair amount of action the night before...From a couple recent Courts Martials in the past year - it's not uncommon. One gal came out of a blackout while "involved" and freaked. If there hadn't been witnesses and a documented past of such behavior, the poor schlubb she accused might have been convicted. Another was into frequent threesomes with a few guys and one day decided to call it rape and forceful sodomy - guy got off on that charge but the drugs still cooked his goose.
