Many, many years ago, there was a "caption this photo" thread on FR. The photo was of Jesse while still governor and looking somewhat respectable with a jacket, tie and short hair cut, staring stone-faced into the camera. Apparently it was taken while Jesse was in the make up chair getting ready for a televised appearance and you could see the hand of the make up person powdering his chrome-dome to minimize the glare from the TV lights. I still remember my caption to this day:
"Minnesota criminal investigators dust for fingerprints following the theft of the governor's brain"
