California Senate approves tax penalty bill aimed at Boy Scouts

Sen. Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens) said he was glad the Boy Scouts' national council recently decided to allow openly gay minors to serve as Scouts, but said it was unacceptable that the organization did not also lift its ban on adult leaders who are gay.

I agree that the Boy Scouts is a great organization for boys and really hate to see its destruction. I wonder why a new organization can’t be formed that mirrors the scouts, but removes the homosexual aspect— a conservative scouts of America, if you will? Why does anything that is done have to be limited to just the BSA?

Boy Scout Troops and Councils in Red States must disavow any assocation with the National Council and Councils/Troops in blue states.

If the National Council screams copyright infringement, ignore them.

Between things like this and the IRS scandal, we are getting to the point in this country where liberal organizations will not pay taxes and conservative or traditional organizations will.

That seems to be the only way to deal with it - split into new state-specific groups that are loosely based upon (but legally separate from) the BSA. Think of it as a microcosm of what lies ahead for the nation itself.

Liberals are so sex obsessed. They have to do everything they can to protect every form of depraved sex. You can bet Pedophilia next. Someone touches my little loved ones ........They won't ever do it again. If you think about it, their issues most important for them protect are abortion, giving out free contraceptives, homosexual marriage, handing out condoms in school and teaching kids starting in Kindergarten about every kind of sex, gbltqz??? and who knows what else. I do propose that parents with agendas will raise hell about how "homophobic" the BSA is and that they are not sensitive and supportive of young Lance or young Lloyd.

Now that the camel has gotten his nose under the tent, BSA will, probably sooner than later, be required to modify their "Boy Scout Handbook" and troop training materials to accommodate this type of thing.

Why? Homosexuality will not only be promoted, it will be celebrated, taught, recognized, and all troops will be required to approve of them. No boy will be allowed to demand a homosexual not sleep in his tent, or be alone with him for any reason, or complain about the behavior of the homosexual. History has taught us this.

Until the organization feels the pain of this move it will not change. The BSA members also do not have the clout to kick out the new homosexual that took over the board.
