Last week, a team of FBI agents and Massachusetts police officers questioned Ibragim Todashev, an associate of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings who was killed days after that calamity.
One of the agents left the interview with minor injuries. Mr. Todashev was carted out with, apparently, several bullet holes in his body. We say

What hte hell does that have to do with the situation? IF he attacked the officers, they had a right to defend themselves- I asked if you had evidence that he did not attack them- do you?

Accordign to two officials, accordign to hte others they were attacked by the suspect- As you know, different accounts of situations happen when chaos erupts- and IF the two are goign to claim there was no weapon when the others said there was then they will have to prove there wasn’t any weapons- unti lthen it’s premature to be callign anyoen liars when a chaotic situation could very well have, and indeed appears to have, casued confusion abotu what went down- Who’s to say the two who said htere was no weapon simply didn’t have a good view of what happened? who’s to say they are right and hte others wrong?
I suspect that it isn’t a very difficult task to accomplish.

So, what weapon was actually recovered from the dead man's hands?
No one seems to know what it actually was, including the agent who shot him. Seems to me after you shoot a man attacking you with a weapon and he goes down, you would then go over and remove that weapon from his reach in case he gets back up right? And then after doing that you would collect that weapon as evidence, right?
So what was it?

In your confused and obsessed mind you think that all this took involved just a lone FBI agent, and that no media has tried to learn what happened from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or the Massachusetts police and that we need to just move along?

There are pics of him with the bullet holes all over the internet. Should not be any confusion about that.

He probably had a cell phone in his hand. The police are now told that a cell phone is an assault weapon.

I understand very much that Chechens can be and are a dangerous people.
I am under no illusions about them.
However, the good guys have rules even though the bad guys operate with no rules at all.
That gives the bad guys a very clear advantage.
As soon as the good guys break the rules, even if it is to get to the baddest of the bad, then they are no longer the good guys, and the bad guys won, because their ranks have just been added to.
If the FBI agent murdered this man and then lied about the circumstances, he must be kicked out of the good guys and made to answer for his crimes.
