U.S. Senator John McCain was photographed during a trip to Syria with a man implicated in the kidnapping by Syrian rebels of 11 Lebanese Shi'ite pilgrims a year ago.
McCain, a Republican, has been an outspoken advocate for U.S. military aid to the rebels fighting President Bashar al-Assad. McCain has insisted that the United States could locate the "right people" to help among rebel ranks.
However, he may have crossed paths with men linked to a group notorious in the region for kidnapping pilgrims.

“No more men and women slaughtered over oil.”
Hummm. Syria ranks 33rd in oil production at 400k barrels per day. That’s a really small amount. Nothing going on in Syria has anything to do with oil.
The US oil reserve is at an 80 year high. We don’t need it. We didn’t take any from Iraq, either.

RINOS and Dems....one and the same. McCain wondered if palling around with terrorists would boost his political career to the _Residency.

Uhhh...you do realize the Syrian conflict is over a natural as pipeline that Qatar wants to run through Syria but which Assad opposes, right?
And that Qatar has contributed over $2 BILLION in funding to the rebels? And that the nat gas pipeline would erode Russia’s monopoly in Europe, hence Putin’s support of Assad.
All reported by the Financial Times.
Nat gas, oil, it’s all petroleum and all paid for in US petrodollars. And of course we are lovers with the petrodollar sheiks. TPTB do not want to lose reserve status and they will kill your children and my children to maintain it.

McCain has insisted that the United States could locate the "right people" to help among rebel ranks. McCain couldn't locate his rectum on a prarie dog hill.
This is Sunni terrorists fighting Shiite/Alawite terrorists. There are no "right people". The longer they go on killing each other the better.
