If Saudis believe in sorcery, we should start sorcering them.

Samantha and Tabitha really regret signing up for that domestic job in Saudi Arabia just for a chance to see the world!

These people - Muslims - are fiends from hell, servants of Satan and followers of death.
How can the US stand by and CONITNUE to allow these pigs to behave so brutally?
If this happened in a Christian Country, the media would be all over them.

“saying they had discovered that their families had been harmed because of sorcery practiced against them.”
Given what has been going on in the White Hut these past few years, we may have discovered the source of our problems.

That old black magic has me in its spell,
that old black magic that you weave so well.
Those icy fingers up and down my spine
That same old witchcraft when your eyes meet mine.

Most likely they were raped by someone in the family and this is the way they will get away with it.

The punishment of self declared practitioners of witchcraft and sorcery is justifiable as most practitioners are malicious. However, 1000 lashes is a little severe as well as beheading which is really severe. In other words absent poisoning the crime does not warrant beheading and/or 1000 lashes. Fifty lashes administered publicly should be sufficient.

Most likely they were raped by someone in the family and this is the way they will get away with it. That's most likely it - the sorcery was their "seduction" of the old man, who would never have done such a thing had they not turned their spells on him.

These weren't some American twits who thought they would be "cultured" by moving to SA. “Asian” in this article most likely means Afghan, Bangladeshi or Pakistani.
It was probably more like their only chance to eat without being sold into sex slavery by their own family.

For all we know, the ‘talismans’ were a smartphone and a Kindle. As Arthur C. Clarke stated, Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from Magic. To a mind stuck in the seventh century, any piece of 21st century technology is sufficiently advanced.

Don’t make fun of it unless you have lived in Saudi. It ain’t no picknick.
Most of the foreign workers live under terrible conditions and cannot return to their country of origin before their “contract” is up and even then they have a hard time leaving the country if they are found to be “essential”. Some have not been paid for months and there is no recourse.
Upon arrival, their employer takes their passport away for safekeeping. It is only returned when they leave the country again.

A lot of them Black too...
Oh but the US needs to feel guilty FOREVER about less than 200 years of slavery, but hey the middle east can have their slavery guilt free for 1400+ years and counting...
