Michele Bachmann is finishing her term and has some 18 months to go.

Peter Fenn: “I can’t resist comparing these two to Hillary Clinton, a serious and disciplined leader who was a senator of substance sponsoring legislation with nearly three dozen Republicans who voted for her husband’s impeachment. She was known in elective office and as secretary of State as a pragmatic, accomplished, focused public figure.”

Peter Fenn = Demonrat buttboy.

Peter H. Fenn is a Democratic political strategist, consultant, television commentator and owner of Fenn Communications Group, a political and public affairs media firm based in Washington, DC in the United States.

Seriously, what is the point of posting this garbage. Just what, exactly, do you personally have against Bachmann and Palin. You previous posts were equally divisive. You say you contributed financially to Bachmann but deride her for having trouble telling the truth. Just what is your motive and why to you insist on bashing Bachmann?

Lefties complain that politics has become so partisan, yet the foundation of their strategy is Alinsky's Rules for Radicals #5, "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon."

They have created the very situation they pretend to abhor.

“It is one thing to raise millions from grassroots activists or appear on record numbers of TV talk shows or give rhetorically charged speeches before adoring crowds – it is quite another to do the hard work of governing.”

Yeah, Im sure this metrosexual thinks Odumbo fits the bill though.

Serving four terms and retiring is not quitting, Fenn. It is called serving and then stepping aside gracefully. It is what more lifelong DC vermin need to do.

Washington DC was supposed to be a place where citizens served and then went back home...not a destination.

Shove it up your collective smelly Obamas, “The Hill” writers.

Those women would have to be dead for weeks for their IQs and leadership abilities to deteriorate to that of your (certainly not my) president.

Obama is slime.

Pure slime.

Flush it...now!

I tried to read this hit piece but couldn't get past this bit:

I can’t resist comparing these two to Hillary Clinton, a serious and disciplined leader who was a senator of substance sponsoring legislation with nearly three dozen Republicans who voted for her husband’s impeachment. She was known in elective office and as secretary of State as a pragmatic, accomplished, focused public figure.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but when the Shiite was hitting the fan on Benghazi didn't Her Royal Thighness claim a brain clot and quit as SoS? Now they're pushing her for POTUS? Really?

I'm sad to see Bachmann go, but to paraphrase Glen Beck , being in congress for any length of time does not make you a better person. If you value your personal integrity you don't stay past one or two terms or the system corrupts you.

This is why the Schumers, McCains and Hillarys of the world NEVER LEAVE.

Palin was being sued into bankruptcy. She could not raise the money to defend herself as governor.

Bachmann may be the same way

talk about bull’s-eyes being not being civil discourse.

Bachmann and Palin have been under the Obama, Soros, MSM Bullseye since they showed up in public and gave their conservative opinions.

Governor Palin, while in office, was sued every time she turned around. Be it the state trooper thing she was exonerated on. or the Bridge or the wolves or whatever...she was targeted and vilified.

I am surprised she held out as long as she did. and I must give Bachmann even more credit, with 8 years in the house under her belt, being persecuted the Chicago way....

bless the both of them.

Factually incorrect. Bachman isn’t quitting. She will serve her term. She just isn’t going to run for another term. People are allowed to do that.

Both Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin were political lightweights who were full of sound and fury and accomplished very little.

Really Pete? Then why are you still talking about them?

Considering Bachmann said she was only going to serve TWO terms and is bowing out at the end of her 4th...

Never mind. Haters gonna hate. I was proud to be able to vote for her and support her campaign.

Sad to see her go, but hopefully she'll still find ways to be a force for our side.

The leftist narrative:

If they stay in their elected offices, they are oppressive hateful tyrants.

If they leave their elected offices, they are loser no-backbone quitters.

Got it.

Good grief, these leftists are insane.

I'm beginning to believe it's a pathological disease that defines "progressives".....meaning they get progressively worse.......

Reflects the repulsive “professional political class” lefty mindset. Even though I’ll be sorry to have her solid voting record and leadership no longer in the House, I frankly ADMIRE Bachmann for not becoming a lifetime political careerist. Just like I totally ADMIRE Palin from being in an unwinable, boxed-in situation, and turning around and becoming an all-the-more effective guerilla fighter for conservative, Constitutional causes.
