They could call me and find out for a hell of a lot less money that it will take.

“Find him in contempt of Congress...Again?”

Nope, start the investigation as to whether Justice had any influence in the IRS scandal and start “tampering with Election” proceedings against Holder, Lerner and the rest of them.

He did lie, and we all know it.

Unless the Repulsicans manage to find a cojone out there (so that they can all time-share it), why should they bother go to through this when we all know nothing will come of it?

The panel is investigating whether the reports contradict Holder’s claim . . . "How can you claim to have never even heard of the potential prosecution of the press but were, at a minimum, involved in discussions regarding Mr. Rosen?"

Strange happenings affecting Obama Administration especially the Obama/Holder Department of Just Us and Our People.

"It's like there is a strange 'gravity' causing things to happen without our knowledge."

Political scientists puzzled by the strangeness of it all.. suggest the presence of governance dark matter not unlike dark matter that affects the universe.

You guys aren’t going to fall for this “harrumph!” song and dance again are you? This isn’t news. Impeaching the AG or defunding the DOJ would be news. This is just background noise for a GOP fund raiser.

Yes - He was found in contempt of Congress over Fast and Furious in 2012, and nothing happened from there.

Then the congressional committee will send him a very terse letter.

The Republicans have to do everything STRICTLY BY THE BOOK. If they don’t dot one “i”, the media will accuse them of racism and political witch-hunting. I think this is going to be a great Summer! They can impeach Holder. Look it up. They can impeach him. Can you imagine how much fun it will be to question these thieves in an impeachment proceeding? Who knows where it could lead? Day after day of questioning. Gasps as new wrongdoings are revealed. And it gives everyone practice for any further impeachment proceedings.

“The panel is looking at a statement Holder made during an exchange with Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) ...”

Don’t you just love it! The one person in the Congress who has the IQ of a rock, may well bring down “his brother” Eric Holder!

Exactly, actually they will likely allow HIM to write the letter to himself.

Right after he finishes investigating himself.

That seems to be the trending course of action

Why would this 'probe' take any longer than a minute?

Holder said "In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material, this is not something I’ve ever been involved in.."

"Potential prosecution": He named James Rosen as a "aider, abettor and co-conspirator" and a flight risk who might flee or "don a mask"

"Disclosure of material": One of the most serious national security threats he's ever seen which required spying on Rosen's communications with someone at the State Department who was giving him classified information.

"This is not something I've ever been involved in": THIS IS CLEARLY A LIE BECAUSE HE SIGNED OFF ON THE SUBPOENA OF FOX NEWS PHONE RECORDS AND E-MAILS.

What's to debate here? Case closed!

Assign the case to 'Waxman of the opera'

"When a witness, such as Roger Clemens, lies, as I think he did, he should be held accountable," said Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., the House committee's chairman at the time of the baseball star's testimony.

So, he lied to Congress. Is the DoJ going to indict him, try him, for criminal acts? [Sound of crickets chirping.]
