Liberals, in general, lack good character in almost every area:
personal charity (they insist that you give, but they don’t), honesty, morality, lying, cheating, lack of civility. And why not? Most rejecting all religious and moral standards, believe anything they do is good because they are morally superior to we conservatives.
Their arrogance is no less than that of the Pharisees of Jesus day, because their liberalism/progressivism is in reality to them their religion, even though it has no god or savior. They are their own saviors - they need no other. They are every bit as self-righteous as the Pharisees, looking down on others with contempt.
In the next life, they will receive their due judgment.

Isn't it like a perverted form of antinomianism where instead of the idea that mere belief in Christianity frees one from having to do the laws and rules of Christianity; it is mere belief in neo Marxism frees the Liberals from having to be personally charitable, generous, helping the poor themselves; etc. The Liberals don't have to do good works or have good manners; they have their belief in Socialism and that is virtue enough for them.
