Man charged with making 'racist' Facebook comments about British soldier’s death

A 22-year-old man has been charged on suspicion of making malicious comments on Facebook following the murder of British soldier Lee Rigby.

A second man was visited by officers and warned about his activity on social media, the spokesman added. It comes after 25-year-old Drummer Rigby was brutally murdered on a street in Woolwich, south east London, on Wednesday.

The father-of-one, from Manchester, had fought in Afghanistan with the 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers.

Detective Inspector Ed Yaxley, of Avon and Somerset Police, said: 'On Wednesday evening, we were contacted by people concerned about comments made on social media accounts.

'These comments were directed against a section of our community. Comments such as these are completely unacceptable and only cause more harm to our community in Bristol.

'People should stop and think about what they say on social media before making statements as the consequences could be serious.'

And frankly, the whole Boston Strong thing was BS, as a city pissed itself and hid from a 19 year old.

In several ways, I agree and posted that too. However ...In fairness to the people of Boston, they were ordered to “shelter in place” by the governor of Massachusetts. In Woolwich, a large crowd of Londoners apparently volunteered to “shelter in place,” instinctively. Consider how that will play when these guys’ jihadist snuff video is being hawked around the bazaars of the Muslim world. Behold the infidels, content to be bystanders in their own fate.

Now dont you think I could say that because of the above, Americans are cowards and wimps? That America is finished? .... Why are we finished yet you arent?

Again, this is a serious question and we are seeing the same doom approach ...However, Boston is not the "U.S." and the Second Amendment of our Constitution is still sacred.
