A 22-year-old man has been charged on suspicion of making malicious comments on Facebook following the murder of British soldier Lee Rigby.
A second man was visited by officers and warned about his activity on social media, the spokesman added. It comes after 25-year-old Drummer Rigby was brutally murdered on a street in Woolwich, south east London, on Wednesday.
The father-of-one, from Manchester, had fought in Afghanistan with the 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers.
Detective Inspector Ed Yaxley, of Avon and Somerset Police, said: 'On Wednesday evening, we were contacted by people concerned about comments made on social media accounts.
'These comments were directed against a section of our community. Comments such as these are completely unacceptable and only cause more harm to our community in Bristol.
'People should stop and think about what they say on social media before making statements as the consequences could be serious.'

The terrorists are in the hospital? What hospital? What condition are they in? Not ONE report has come in on that. You see how many times they were “shot”? Where’s the blood? Even when he was turned over, no blood yet he was shot multiple times.
The two are in seperate hospitals. They are both injured, one very seriously.

Well I just looked at the websites of your UK papers, Daily mail, Daily mirror, Evening standard, absolutely nothing about them or their injuries or the hospital they are in. Hey don’t get mad at me, question your government who is allowing these animals to run amok and then treats them with kid gloves when they kill yet sends half their force to bust a guy who “insults” Islam. What’s wrong with this picture? Sounds to me like you got Muzzies running things and not the English.
Bollocks, the UK media is reporting nothing but the Woolwich attack. BBC, Sky News, ITV etc are camped outside the two hospitals they two are in.
As to half a police force, remember when first reported, the murder would have been treated as just another street assault. Then more 999 calls came in and it became obvious someone probably had been murdered. Its fallacious to try and suggest the murder was treated less severely than incidents after. The murder would have been called in initially as another standard street incident/assault. And the police would have responded with the normal amount of vehicles and officers needed for that.
Only after the initial calls, did it become apparent that there had been a murder and the two were heavily armed, one with a gun. Armed units were notified immediately.

There was a recent article on FR about a British town banning the flag of St. George because it offends Muslims. That decision was reversed, but it shows you the general mindset of the country. Did it not take 20 minutes for armed police to show up? Is it true that Brits

1—14, and they are usually much quicker. Something wrong in the chain of command.
2—Sadly, more or less true. It depends on what you are carrying, for what reason, who you are. IE the police wont nick me for carrying a screwdriver, they would nick me if I was 16 and carrying a knife for no good reason.
3—I guess I just get tired of the ‘UK is finished’/’Uk is run by Muslims’ nonsense. The UK has serious problems, but we arent a hellhole, we arent run by THEM, and we arent going to die anytime soon.

Well, my somewhat limited view from across the pond is that they’ve got their mitts in the government of the city of London at least. That will only expand as time goes on and more Islamic Jihadist reinforcements (oh, sorry immigrants and asylum seekers) arrive.
And the influence in and over the national government will only grow also with time.

is finished are the facts we observe when something like this happens.
Two Muslims are butchering an English solder and people just standing
around watching it happen and not doing one thing to stop it. Just waiting

I'm quite sure that he is even more alarmed today.
Firstly, I am British ex-military, and took the Queens shilling to defend and die for Britain if necessary.
Secondly, growing up I can remember Americans refusing, into the 90’s, to come to the UK or Europe because of the IRA and other terrorist bombs. And frankly, the whole Boston Strong thing was BS, as a city pissed itself and hid from a 19 year old.
Now dont you think I could say that because of the above, Americans are cowards and wimps?. That America is finished?.

America is well on the way, as well. You should visit this site more frequently. Many of us recoginize that unless America closes it’s borders
and other issues, we are finished, as well. However, we do not understand
how a solder can be butchered and people just watch and not do anything
to stop it, but wait for the Gov to show up. That is something that would not
happen here. Americans would pull out their gun. If they didn’t have a gun
they would look for a 2x4 or a metal pipe...anything to stop what was going
on. We would not just sit back and watch and wait for the Gov to arrive.
Having said that, we are certainly on or way to a Balkanized society, as well.
