Seems like a set-up for a false flag event. Obama fabricates events just like he fabricates birth certificates and selective service registrations: he gets somebody to act on his behalf so they take legal responsibility for his lies and deception.

Also a good way to get Congress on board to a ban. Make them feel threatened by gun owners.
