It’s really about the radical leftists’ long march through the institutions. By forcing admission of gay scouts they are causing conservatives to abandon the organization. This leaves it in the hands of the radicals who want to transform it into Stalin’s Young Pioneers. Look for the scouts to make multiple high-profile appearances at the White House and in other far left enclaves. They have colored another American organization for their own purposes.

What the scouts should have done is release all the documentation of abuses within the scouts and between the scout leaders and scouts.

If this would have happened back when I was a scout, we would not have abandoned the organization. We would have created a climate where the gay scouts would want to abandon, if you get my drift.
The same can be said for the military. By allowing gays to openly serve, allowing women in combat, pressure on Christians to "keep their Christianity in the closet" - all combined will result in godly, Christian people to leave the military and far fewer to enlist, thus "abandoning" our once great, GREAT military, turning it over to the dictates of the commie/marxists who desire nothing less than its total control and ultimate demise.
Sound depressing, don't I?
Don’t let them. Use the Scouts as an avenue to cure young boys of homosexuality and you’ve completely turned the tables on the Left. Those stating they’re abandoning the Scouts are fools and playing into the hands of the Left.
Now’s the time to redouble your efforts and support Scouting. We need more, good Christian men to come forward and help these young victims. The rise in single motherhood has increased not just material poverty, but spiritual poverty as well and left their children vulnerable to the Devil’s whim.
Don’t shirk and let them win, take it back and let’s us win starting now.
Consider all of the disruption that this has caused for hundreds of thousands of kids and families.
*Suddenly thousands of families have to make an abrupt change in their lives
*Kids who loved the schools cannot participate now
*Young boys as young as the Cub Scouts will have to be told by their parents that they cannot be a cub scout anymore
*Boys Scouts and Cub Scouts will have to be told why they cannot be part of the scouts anymore bringing up the distateful subject of homosexuality to little boys
*Friends will split up as some families will choose to stay as others decide to leave
*What will come next? Maybe lists of families who take their kids out so that they can be publicly shamed as the Massachusetts homosexuals did with the names of thousands of people who signed the voting petition to put same sex marriage on the ballot. Remember how that New York paper printed the names and addresses of gun owners? The left is out for blood. They have found a formula that works and they will continue to use it until there is pushback.
One form of pushback...not one dollar of our tax money for anything that is associated with the gay groups.
