'BRITISH Special Forces have captured the Taliban leader thought to be responsible for the roadside bomb that killed three British soldiers last month.
The insurgent leader, who has not been named for operational reasons, commanded seven groups of Taliban fighters and bombers across southern Afghanistan.
The dawn raid, carried out with Afghan forces, took place in the Marjah region near Nad-e-Ali, close to the British base in Lashkar Gah.
It is believed the Taliban leader, who sources confirmed had regularly travelled between Helmand and Pakistan, had been hunted for a year after being linked to at least three other attacks.'

This prisoner may represent a very valuable intelligence asset. He is worth far more alive than dead.
As I said in another post, I have the greatest respect for the British military. Too bad its average citizen is no such warrior.
That remains to be seen. Once all information has been squeezed out of him, hang him and set his head on a pike. Feed the rest to wild dogs.

Was talking to my daughter yesterday (USAF) about the Brit attacks/response. She said “What’s wrong with them? The guys I was with in Iraq were all a bunch of badasses.”
Once the Brits start feeding this prisoner Kippers, Fish and Chips, he’ll sing like the biggest Canary you ever saw.
Nothing worst than British food, including Blood Pudding.

Whats wrong with fish and chips?. Food of the gods.
English food isnt as bad as people say, and has improved over the years. Like the US, regional produce is best, esp from places like Cornwall, Devon, coastal areas. The English meat is inferior to Scottish, and they overboil though.
I am biased, but Scottish food is superior. Our beef, fish, salmon, seafood, dairy produce are world famous. As well as othet types of food. Scottish produce is highly regarded around the world, from Aberdeen Angus and smoked salmon to fruit and ayrshire potatoes.
p.s I love ‘blood pudding’. Black pudding and white pudding, and red pudding, not healthy to eat every night, to be enjoyed once in a while.
You obviously have never eaten British fish and chips. They’re easily superior to American fish dinners. And I live in an area of the U.S., Wisconsin, that is known for Friday fish dinners. I was in Britain last year for three weeks. I ate fish and chips four or five times. The quality of the average Brit fish and chips is excellent from Scotland to Cornwall.
Feed the rest to wild dogs.
Wild HOGS would be better.
