I could be very wrong. But I think he was referring to the AP case. I don’t think the Rosen/Fox seizure had been disclosed at the time of that hearing.
Agreed Toespi, Holder was testifying about the AP story. He was vague in regard to Rosen but I think he crafted the statement enough to cover himself.
