Agreed Toespi, Holder was testifying about the AP story. He was vague in regard to Rosen but I think he crafted the statement enough to cover himself.

What amazed me is that google did not do the decent thing and contact Fox regarding the search of their emails.

Not the best advertizing for their company in regard to protecting their customers.

Just looked. Hearing was on May 15th, Wasington Post broke the Rosen story on May 20th. He will weasel out of it.
