Given the reported venue, and his comportment, seamlessly carrying on without the usual uhms, ahs..., and the fact his “heckler” was permitted so much time to remain in the audience and continue the tirade, I’d have to say it was staged. Nobody is allowed to be in the same room, or even have line of sight of the POTUS, unless first cleared and vetted by SS.

Agreed. This was staged... either for the sympathetic, “embattled” president or the “gee, look, he can be tough” president.
A set up...to make Obama look like he’s in control.
