My post 442 is a Fact Sheet Obama is giving citizens about his new rules of war against terrorists. This was posted on White House website today and I just found it.
Make your own conclusions - I still say it's stating, “I (Obama) will stand with my brother Muslims, not kill the Muslim terrorists in their quest for Muslim domination, and screw the United States.”
