So was Nixon is his day. So what? Intelligence isn’t the key issue in a candidate. Integrity, love for freedom, and disdain for collectivism are the key characteristics for those who want to save our country.

"But there are quite a few Democrats that would like to see it happen."

Any they will probably vote in Republican primaries.

Maybe so, maybe not--but NO MORE BUSHES!

George W. Bush--one of the 10 worst Presidents in US history--destroyed any support the American people might have given ANY Bush in the future.

And Barbara's remarks about Sarah Palin did help any.

MESSAGE TO BUSHES: Hang it up. Get interested in something else. The American people have had enough of your "public service".

Gee, this is really shocking. I can’t believe it. What a surprise. Oh my, who could have foreseen such a thing? This is so very random. Yes, this is sarcasm.

Get ready, it’s Jeb Bush and Chris Christie about to be shoved down our throats.

BUT working under Zero's corrupt administration. While in rome, they are doing what the romans do. Their careers are more important to them - it's that simple.

"See what happens when you talk to the same small crowd all the time. Mediocrity becomes excellence in the eyes of that small crowd."

Excellent observation, Crip.

As long as Jeb doesn’t have a picture of him sitting on the couch with a liberal - that WILL BE good enough for the non thinking, easily led fearful voters and no one will be able to knock any sense into them.

“I wish Americans would take some time off from their reality shows, superbowls and dancing with the Harlots to READ about this stuff!!!”

Most everyday Americans I know have developed cognitive dissonance when it comes to the news. Most of them watch TV news, which is essentially nothing more than a daily death report. Somebody got shot, someone got stabbed, this person got raped...

And then when you want to talk about news that matters, like how the elites in both parties are selling us out, that’s too stressful. They don’t want to argue or hear fighting.

Grisly death reports are evening entertainment, but connecting the dots in the government is too much for their fragile constitutions. Amazing.

I like what Barbara said: “We’ve had enough Bushes.”

(That being said, I always liked Jeb Bush better than GW.)

"Rove: Jeb Bush 'Smartest Guy, Biggest Thinker' in GOP "

Are all politicians clones?

Remember: "Hillary's the smartest woman in the world"?

I have developed contempt for ALL politicians.

I think Rove is a tool of the Left.

If you dig deep enough, you’ll find Soros funding somewhere.

Rove is saying exactly what the Left wants him to say, and they’re licking their chops over competing against another Bush. I wouldn’t be shocked at all if I learned Rove was actually a Leftist doing it for the cause.

In any case, they listen, as it fits exactly what they want to hear.

"Why does anyone talk to Rove about anything...."

Ask Hannity, he's in luuuuuuv with the Architect and, stupidly, still calls him that.

I'll say one thing for George W. Bush: He's a better man than Jimmy Carter or Bill Clinton, and he's smarter than Carter. Not much, but that's it.

Oh yes: He's not the worst President in US history. He was better than Carter, Clinton, Grant, Harding, and one or two others.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is “the smartest guy, the biggest thinker” in the Republican Party

Off the top of my head, I can think of two men that are smarter, and more articulate than Jeb:

Ted Cruz and Rand Paul.
