Yes you can. He occupies the office, right or wrong. Thus he can be removed by our constitutional procedures. Keep that in mind.

No, Rapscallion, I love your idealism but our “constitutional procedures” can’t be used to remove him unless PEOPLE APPLY THEM!!!! WHO???? Give me NAMES of anyone with the cajones to do this in America today. The Attorney General? Whoops, No. The Supreme Court? Whoops, sorry, nobody there. The culture of intimidation is complete.
