Okay, but your post made it sound that way. Also, it makes no sense they would have had to contact her counsel at all. That's her prerogative, but not their obligation.

I just hope this comes to pass - that she gets grilled and spills a bunch of heretofore unknown directives from higher ups to do their bidding in an illegal way.

That's what would get me excited, and until it happens I'm not going to over think what happened today.
