I know she asserted her innocence in her statement, and that could be viewed as a waiver of her right on the whole topic area.

However, when you are testifying, it’s possible to assert the right as soon as you realize the questioning might incriminate you. So even if a judge orders her to testify, it’s possible she still can assert the right again at some point.

You can be sure this all will be litigated. Lots of delays.

I’d make sure she was on camera,
asserting it over and over and over again
to very incriminating questions.
