Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes registered Republicans needs assistance but the gubmint only gives hand-outs to 0bots. If the IRS denies Republican groups tax-exempt status and spies on Republicans' E-Mails and phone records, you can bet Republicans get no assistance from this gubmint.
