The Coast Guard is required to protect those same whales in that same area from those who would do them harm.
Obviously pitting the Coast Guard against the blue-jeaned wilderness gals at EPA would not be a fair fight ~ EPA, after Janet Napolitano's special purchases, actually has more firearms and bullets than does Coast Guard!
Shortly after that piece hit the hallowed pages of FR EPA decided to settle with Coast Guard and the local mosquito eradication teams allowing AERIAL SPRAYING AGAINST MOSQUITOS.
Did I have anything to do with that? Heck if I know, but all scandals tend to dovetail and there I had overly aggressive Coast Guard enforcement up against Janet's machine guns and bullets, tree hugging EPA fanatics, the whales, the mosquitos ~ and maybe even ol'Jer Brown ~ in a California setting no less.
What's not to like!!!
The fact our funny little foreign guy who follows our commentaries picked up on the mosquito/leftwingtard dichotomy suggests that all the leftwingtards have their antennae out trying to catch these nuggets of wisdom so they can keep ahead of us a little bit.
Sorry I wasn't on top of the IRS rulings folks earlier or maybe you'd got your applications for 501(C)4 approved sooner.
