I believe the referral would go to a U.S. attorney (who works at the pleasure of the DOJ) but am unclear if this would happen in Cincinnati or in Washington DC in this instance. That’s why I have no faith that anyone is going to jail. But the information needs to be gathered and the criminal referrals made, and the potential prosecution can be seen being denied by the corrupt system. That’s where the blame will rest, then.
Yeah, why doesn’t someone point this out?
