She should have at a minimum been there to plead the 5th at least a few times before excusing her. To what end? Sure, it gives FReepers a charge. But, he gets portrayed in the MSM as a bully who hates the 5th Amendment
There's very little upside. And I say this as one who in the heat of the moment wanted her to have to invoke a hundred time. I gave it a think and changed my mind.

No it is not... they have written testimony and oral testimony and in some of that there will be statements conflicting with this leftist whore’s statements and they can call her back and nail her... then pressure her to save herself and give up those above her and so on with all of these witnesses. If you lie to Congress.... under oath or not... according to Levin... it is still a crime just as serious as any perjury.

Glenn Beck on his radio show today said he is getting phone calls from 9-12 groups (tea party) leaders. They are reporting, people who contributed to the groups were audited
This may end up involving many more people than being reported (paraphrase)
seems part of the goal was IRS audit deterrent to dry up conservative donations ...fund raising

He is unsure whether her rights are waived in a Congressional setting. He is not a lawyer.
In a court of law it would be deemed waived which was brought up by the lawyers Trey Gowdy and Jim Jordan.Not encouraging. They both spoke up about this and both were shot down by Issa. Yikes. Lerner got the kid glove treatment, and these guys got the smackdown. Hope there's a good reason.
