Lets just say for a moment that the “accusation” is correct that the perp “tried” to hit a cop with his car. Who says? What is the evidence? In this country police are not executioners, much less judge and juries. This kid was executed. He was executed for pissing off a cop. A revenge killing if you will but the killing does not fit the reported crime of "trying" to hit a cop. The execution was not in the commission of "trying" to hit a cop.
