I was just describing my tendency...I haven’t made my mind up fully on the case yet.

I know there hasn’t been a CRIMINAL indictment...this is a civil suit....brought up and announced just before the Summer of St. Skittles of Sanford trial is about to begin.

There is likely a political connection here, in my opinion.

But I am open to being persuaded either way. Just saying where I stand now.

Frankly, I see too many stories about young punks threatening cops and then paying the price...and then out come the families, who failed to stop the punk from being a punk...who try to turn the person into an “angel”, and the police into malevolent monsters.

I also AM aware that cops ARE capable of turning bad—we see that, too. There was a case here in Miami where two cops (I think it was two) who were caught PLANTING a gun in a car of a guy they shot and killed....they were caught and sent to jail.

So like I say, I am open to being persuaded the cops were totally in the wrong.

You are aware he hit a cop with his car, right?

No I am not aware he hit a cop with his car, they said he “tried” to hit a cop with his car. Regardless, the car was stopped, there was no danger to anybody. This was murder, at very least manslaughter. It was a needless death of a young person.

DUI or not, assault with a motor vehicle is legally, and rightly so, classified as ‘Assault with a deadly weapon’.

Lets just say for a moment that the “accusation” is correct that the perp “tried” to hit a cop with his car. Who says? What is the evidence? In this country police are not executioners, much less judge and juries. This kid was executed. He was executed for pissing off a cop. A revenge killing if you will but the killing does not fit the reported crime of "trying" to hit a cop. The execution was not in the commission of "trying" to hit a cop. If there was a crime committed, (and I have my doubts), it was earlier. You bring the perp to justice, you don't mete it out by killing him.rdquo; is correct that the perp

Well, like I said to another on this thread, I am open to the idea that the cops did wrong...I guess that will be determined in the trial....

I heard he DID hit a cop...and that he refused to stop, and that is when cops opened fire.
