Howard Dean: ‘Benghazi is a Laughable Joke’

“Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week.

“With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded.

“Oh, stop it,” said Dean.

Howard Dean, Vermont's Village Idiot, is himself a laughable joke, not just by accusation.

Let there be no doubt about that. Dean is truly certifiable. Psychiatric manuals list Howard Dean as the textbook example for Napoleon Complex.
