A 20-year-old new York man killed and set on fire a 14-year-old girl who refused his demand to have an abortion.
After killing her, the man took her naked body to the beach and set it on fire. But the teen wasn’t pregnant, the city’s medical examiner confirmed, leaving her shattered family members railing against the
“senseless” crime.
Christian Ferdinand, 20, admitted to killing Shaniesha Forbes Thursday, officials said. He is charged with homicide by asphyxiation. Authorities arrested him in Maine Wednesday.
Despite Ferdinands pregnancy claims, the citys medical examiner noted Forbes wasn’t pregnant at the time of her death. His alleged words and the official findings set off Forbes cousin.
You had the courage and the balls to kill her but you couldn’t go to the pharmacy to buy a pregnancy test to find out if it was true? Kerri Ann Thomas said in Brooklyn Federal Court Thursday. That makes no sense.
Forbes body was found naked and charred on Gerritsen Beach Jan. 6. She had run away from home earlier that month, saying she was going to school. Ferdinand smothered her to death in his cousins Nostrand Avenue apartment after she decided against abortion, officials claim.
He then kept Forbes body in a suitcase for two days before dumping it at the beach. Ferdinand tried setting the body ablaze, but the fire extinguished before he could do so. The New York medical examiner ruled Shanieshas death homicide by asphyxiation in April after the office found that her lungs did not contain soot, proving that she was killed before being burned on her legs, arms and hands.
Ferdinand allegedly told police he met Forbes through Facebook and had sexual relations with her.
Kerri Ann Thomas, Shanieshas cousin, said that if she and the family had known Forbes was dating a 20-year-old, they wouldve stopped the relationship.

Absolute madness, ping!
She may have missed her period, or just been screwing with his mind. Still utterly depressing depravity.
Where’s Gus and Woodrow when you need ‘em?
Would he have been exempted from statutory rape prosecution because of “romeo and juliet” exceptions in the law?
If she had gone to Planned Parenthood, they would’ve done their best to help cover up his crimes and left him free to offend again and again. So much for being “pro-woman”.
It is too bad we don’t exactly match the punishment to the crime.
“Wheres Gus and Woodrow when you need em?”
They’re still out on the plains but they’ll be here soon.
Pretty girl.....sad.
More of the rewards of diversity.
yet another one of 0bamas sons
Once you devalue human life in the womb, it’s not much of a stretch to devalue it out of the womb.
We are reaping what we sow.
...leaving her shattered family members railing against the senseless crime.Using those quote marks is senseless, as is claiming that the family is railing against the crime, rather than the criminal. But maybe they are. I mean, obviously, prosecuting this troubled youth would be racism. /s
“Wheres Gus and Woodrow when you need em?”
No kidding.

It don’t pay to anger Woodrow F. Call.
Would Planned Parenthood, have given him a drug, so he could have killed her in a, “safe and humane,” manner?
Woodrow would not abide rudeness.
Dear God. RIP.
