I guess Ezra Klein’s Plan A “IRS is a nothing burger” didn’t pass muster. On to Plan B, “George Bush made us do it” or Plan C, “SCOTUS made us do it with their Citizen’s United decision”, or Plan D, “it happened because the GOP didn’t give the IRS enough funding”, or if all else fails, “war on women, racism or globull warming”.
Sounds like you were there. I’ve heard all those excuses listed at every articles’ posts.
