That’s not necessarily true. Testimony that you make before Congress can be held against you during a future criminal proceeding.
And her ultimate boss “zippy zero”...he knew and is culpable. Impeachment is necessary as well as criminal charges.

It may be a civil proceeding but answering cetain questions may result in aadmission of criminal liability, so the 5th applies.I have had folks invoke the 5th in a civil deposition. It happens.

And thats the questions you sit her there ans make her invoke the 5th on.
“Did Hillary/Obama instruct you to target the TP?
Did the DNC require you to assist in any effort to rig the election?

Has the Justice Dept. opened a criminal investigation into this matter? If not, on what basis is she involking the 5th amendment? The only investigation I have heard spoken of is the IG investigation.

Impeachment isn’t possible,
but exposing the left as totally enabling corruption is possible.
Put these impeachable offenses before the public, keep them there, and at the same time declare that its impossible to act on these crimes because the democrats and political correctness won’t allow it.

Invoking the Fifth might provide some small measure of temporary protection for her, but it indicates to everyone else with half a brain that there IS "there there."

Pleading the 5th on your tax returns is deemed to be a frivolous claim and immediately makes you eligible for fines.
