The constitution doesn’t provide for legal residency and paying taxes without the option of citizenship. No taxation without representation - remember this? If they are paying taxes and they are legal residents of the United States - then they will have the option of becoming citizens.
In short - if you do not want them to become citizens at some point in time - they must be deported.

I agree with you there, but that is because RATs, rogue judges, Obama/Hillary etc. ignore the Constitution and most citizens don't care enough to do anything about it.
They could have the exact same path to citizenship as illegals do now, to leave this country and apply for Green card outside as do legal immigrants now. That is a ‘path to citizenship’ without giving them a jump in line.
I posted that illegals should get none of the benefits of Obama care and have to be forced to meet all the obligations of it , and you pinged me saying that idea was ‘garbage’. To make matters worse your reason to let illegals ‘off the hook’ on Obamacare mandates you gave was you hate Obama-care.
Giving illegals such a advantage of being exempt from those mandates is near criminal, and it was traitor Rubio who pitched the idea on the Sunday shows.
