2 - Why do they suggest the White House is “sitting on it”?
3 - Does that mean the WH will be the ones to break the news when it’s convenient?
4 - If the WH has it, why are “top aids” terrified?

I'm not getting my hopes up. This could be anther distraction story. But what could terrify the WH? Possibilies include:

• Emails that link Obama directly to one or more of the scandals.
• Proof that the IRS intimidated a Supreme Court justice or other judges.
• Proof that Obama collaborated with Al Quaida to advance Islam.
• Proof that the WH was coordinating more than just the IRS to target conservatives but rather multiple departments engaged in the attacks as shown in the article "True Scandal" posted earlier today on FR.

Don’t mean to sound like a downer, but it’s possible the CIA doesn’t have a 4th shoe. It could be an empty threat to make Obama nervous, but the strategy is ineffective when no startling revelations emerge. I’m sure we all remember Donald Trump’s publicty stunts.
