He often refer to "folks" when he drops the "g".
Sometimes he whistles when he ends certain word endings.
Like extended: ssssssssssss, etc.
I listen to voice differations. Maybe from living in several southern and east Texas places.
I'm a southern belle ("YES") but have been told I have a Russian accent. I've been told I have an English accent. I'm usually not aware of a particular accent I'm using.
Voice patterns are often the same patterns of your audience. And Obama wants surely to audience and that's okay until you see a speaker ALL the time.

That's okay but it gets a little old when it is so obvious and he does it all the time. What is his core voice.
It is like when Hillary quoted James Cleveland. - "I Don't Feel Noways Tired" to a black audience - in a church I think,

I didn’t think much of GW as a speaker, except he was really good on 9/11-12, but Hussein is a hundred times worse, and infinitely more evil.
