Man Forces Pre-Teen Rape Victim to Abort at Planned Parenthood

A Washington state man who impregnated a 12 year-old girl forced her to have an abortion at a Planned Parenthood clinic in order to cover up his sexual assault on the girl.

The Bellingham Herald reports that Luis Gonzalez-Jose, 31, of Everson, Washington must serve a sentence of six years in jail, then leave the United States, after raping the young girl in her home while her mother was in the shower, according to documents filed in Whatcom County Superior Court.

Gonzalez-Jose brought the girl to a Planned Parenthood clinic in August of 2012, where she falsely told staff employed at the clinic that her 14 year-old boyfriend impregnated her. She said she could not give the boy’s name or address.

The documents indicate that, six weeks after the abortion, the girl told a police detective the truth--that Gonzalez-Jose had impregnated her and had insisted that “it would be best for her” not to have the baby.

Gonzalez-Jose pleaded guilty to second-degree rape of a child in April. The girl’s family, according to a Department of Corrections report, refused to cooperate with prosecutors.

If this were posted on a liberal site (like ABC News), I would have a FIELD DAY trolling. Basically I’d be blaming the Republican opposition to Immigration Reform for driving this poor man to having to do these horrible things. It’s fun, because it makes the Dems reading it have to think whether they really want to protect the ‘right’ of some 31 year old Illegal taking their 13 year old daughter in for an abortion...or perhaps parental consent is not such a bad idea after all.

There are so many unanswered questions. I suspect he was a friend of the family and/or that the girl and her family are also illegal.

And since when does raping a 12 year old only qualify for a 6 year sentence?

What is the sentence for the abortionist and all the rest of the people who were involved in this?

Even if the abortion were legal, wouldn’t there be some sort of verification required about the girl’s identity or that of the man who brought her in?

Doctors are required to report any suspected abuse. Just try taking your kid to the emergency room with any sort of injury that could be mistaken for abuse and see how quick they are to start asking probing questions and/or report you.

But, hey, PP is a big business. Don’t wanna slow down the wheels of commerce. This is one of the few businesses that the socialists embrace.
