Probably not for an F-5. I think it's Texas A&M that has all the information of types of construction vs size of hurricane or tornado. You could probably find the information on their web site, including construction specifications.
I knew one of 'em had the air cannon and did all the tests by shooting 200mph 2x4s. That would have to be a cool research project. I do know that research has saved lives in Texas.
