Kaitlyn Hunt, 18, had her entire life before her. Graduation. College. Job prospects. The high school senior was just preparing to start her life when she found herself expelled and slapped with criminal charges over her engagement in a same-sex relationship. And what started as a relationship between two young women has snowballed into a legal battle that could land Hunt in prison.
The story has many twists, turns and oddities. And so far, only one side — that of Hunt family — is being told. The high school senior apparently met her girlfriend, who is now 15-years-old, on the school basketball team at Sebastian River High School in Sebastian, Florida; the two began dating at the beginning of the school year.

I don’t know. I can’t keep my sunglasses on long enough to count them. I keep ripping them off my face in fear.
It’s a general POV I have, not particularly relevant here.
And the caning I have in mind is like in Singapore, no one would enjoy it.

There are a few reasons I’m rahter against prisons. (This is short, it’s late...).
1. They cost taxpayers vast amounts of $.
2. Now there are “for profit” prisons and the owners of the prisons donate money of course to politicians, who then write laws in such a way as to create more prisoners, etc. Prisons should not be run as profit centers.
3. Prisons never rehabilitate prisoners, ever; they just create a foul prison “culture” that seeps out into the world.
4. If a criminal really does want to change his life, it doesn’t help him do so but just takes years away in the compnay of the worst scum.
My way is caning, heavy fines, perhaps prison farms where they must work productively and learn skills, and executions. Caning and executions public.
It will work wonders, when implemented.
I don’t want criminals rehabbed, I want them removed from civilization
A fair number, no doubt. But they are louder than normal people.
Some of the minor ones (not murder, rape, kidnapping, arson, child molesting for starters) could be rehabbed.

WIth public caning, a lot of wannabes will decide a life of crime ain’t so grand. Public pain and public shame will do a lot to turn someone’s life around.

I don’t like these statutory rape cases but if they’ve gonna enforce that I applaud them for enforcing it evenly.
Many an 18 year old boy has had his life ruined by his 15 year old girlfriend’s parents finding out they had sex.
Dear leftists, this has nothing to do with “gay rights”.
It's not okay if they don't get caught
Getting caught is what causes his life to be ruined though.
