I post this tonight not only for our Valiant Troops, but for all First Responders - who, like our Troops, run to the danger, run into the burning buildings, thrust themselves into the path of gunfire or other chaos.
May God Bless them all, may God protect them in danger, may God Bless them good!
PRAYERS ASCENDING ON HIGH FOR OUR TROOPS AND OUR BELOVED NATION!

Your thanks are most appreciated, Amom - I post them with the hope that they resonate with those who view them, and if they do, thanks be to God, to whom all glory goes.

Horrible news indeed! And the weather forecast for the next couple days is most foreboding.
The rain has ended here for the most part. I was able to send John-Man out to mow the lawn and Daniel to fertilize the flowers, tomatoes and peppers.
It was very warm and muggy today - I was walking around the garden center in Lowe's looking for a replacement for my Azalea - the heat was almost withering. Very much like a Summer day rather than late Spring.

Good evening, Laplata! We gather this evening on a most distressing occasion. Mrs. MacNessa and I have been watching the news all evening and the enormity of this catastrophe becomes more apparent hour by hour.
May God uphold and preserve all affected by these violent storms!
