Reading this timeline, I have come to three conclusions:

2. Lois Lerner lied to Congress
3. Barack Obama lied to the American people
This scandal has the fingerprints of Axelrod, Jarrett and/or the Chicago Machine all over it.
This is fascism on the part of the IRS and the White House. It is fascism, straight up.
Or, as I call the IRS: Organizing for Revenue.

When did Obama know? Well, he knew he was going to use the IRS to harass right after his first election. Freepers knew about it in 2010.
The IRS isn't the only federal agency using fascist techniques. Remember the Wildlife department harassing Gibson Guitar over the use of exotic woods?

Why did the O adm. start the IRS attack against the TEA Party when they did?
Just a guess, but during this same time was when the dems. and their allies in the news media started a full scale campaign against the TEA party as a bunch of ultra violent, Tim McVeigh wanna be, racist.
May 1, 2010 there was an a attempted car bombing in NYC. Since it was a fertilizer bomb that proved it just had to be the TEA Party. Turned out to be a muslim and the news media went silent.
I believe this was started as part of a plan to try and tie the TEA Party to terrorist/terrorism.
The term "Hitlerian" is even better for Chicago thugs kill the host slowly, Hitler drove them to utter ruin in a few short years.

Well one thing is certain..The NYT article stating that ‘the administration knew about IRS targeting for 5 months’ is a lie. They have known for at least 2 years when they organized it all. The NYT piece was a ‘squirrel’....look here..look here! It was designed to get everyone talking about the 5 month gap and not the 2 year or longer.....organized, systemic campaign of intimidation and abuse of conservative citizens and companies directed by the Obama administration.
3/1/2010 (IG Report) IRS Officials start targeting organizations with ‘tea party’ ‘patriot’ and ‘9/12’ in their names
It is significant because Obama just delivered his 2010 SOTU, in which he openly and defiantly attacked Supreme Court (”Citizens United”), the grassroot tea party movement (mostly in response to his sweeping ObamaCare proposal) and his begging for another Stimulus II from Congress for his liberal buddies.
Like Kimberly Strassel said in WSJ that there is no need for Obama to directly issue an order for government agencies (not just IRS) to target the enemies for his agenda. His buddies in government (both executive branch and legislative branch) and his media lapdogs LEAPED to do his ‘wishes’.

Yes. I’m beginning to believe this isn’t limited to the IRS.
In February of this year, my DFAS (Defense Finance & Accounting Service) allotment was not deposited. A month later, DFAS wrote me asking me to call them regarding “a special payment” that was due me. I wrote back angrily saying that a LATE payment was indeed due me and why in the blazes didn’t they explain the nature of the “special payment” in the letter they sent me instead of asking me to call them about it. We later played phone tag, and I never did get an explanation (which I presumed probably could be blamed on sequestration).
Early this month, I got a letter from the Veterans Administration. Seems they lost my husband’s entire file. Would I please send ALL my VA records to them. I copied all my VA records and sent them. Haven’t yet heard a word.
Has anyone here had similar problems?

This IRS intimidation thing goes way back.
Slick Willey used the IRS to harass and intimidate several woman that came out with stories of his perverted behavior.
It is time to DISMANTLE THE IRS!
Make your voices loud. Call and write your senators and reps.
The IRS should never be allowed to intimidate and harass American citizens.
Move to a simple tax structure and scale down the size and scope of the IRS.
