For 92 percent of requests from green groups, the EPA cooperated by waiving fees for the information. Those requests came from the Natural Resources Defense Council, EarthJustice, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, The Waterkeeper Alliance, Greenpeace, Southern Environmental Law Center and the Center for Biological Diversity.
Of the requests that were denied, the EPA said the group either didn’t respond to requests for justification of a waiver, or didn’t express intent to disseminate the information to the general public, according to documents obtained by The Washington Examiner.
CEI, on the other hand, had its requests denied 93 percent of the time. One request was denied because CEI failed to express its intent to disseminate the information to the general public. The rest were denied because the agency said CEI “failed to demonstrate that the release of the information requested significantly increases the public understanding of government operations or activities.”

I hope our side is smart enough to use the EPA scandal to educate the citizenry to the importance of businesses thriving in the US and how that affects their wallets. There won’t be a better opportunity.

There's a consistent modus operandi in every case. Obama doesn't run anything, so there are no dots that will ever connect to him. He went to bed while Benghazi unfolded, after telling someone else, "Deal with it."
This is his signature approach to governing, it insulates him from all accountability. Negligence, abandonment, reckless endangerment of America -- who's going to charge him with that? Where does it say he has to do anything himself rather than delegate to others?
All he has to do is select the people who'll do what he wants done, who hate America as he does...and make a speech now and then.
He isn't even useful anymore, since people are tired of his speeches. The vermin are all in place, in government, in academia, in the media. It's no surprise he has a food taster, since the only usefulness of Obama now is, well, remains to be seen, as they say in Red Square.

The Examiner has vastly improved in content since a few years ago when their bloggers trolled FR for hits but their website still has more pop ups, flashing ads, cookies, spyware and junk than any other site I know. They're the internet equivalent of a traveling carnival side show on the bad side of town.

Look at all the revelations that are occurring and have occurred: Marco Rubio after cobbling together a plan for immigration that will open the floodgates to penniless dregs of their societies, plans a scheme to require all to carry identity cards....ALL OF US.
Our military, staffed by political officials, have issued a proclamation, endorsed by Barky the Muslim, that they solely will be the power to handle any civil unrest.

There is still the sex scandal at DHS, which was revealed before the election, and then little more was heard about. Female harassment and mistreatment of men.
More and more, these scandals amount to tyranny. They are all related.
Just one more federal bureaucracy that needs to be dismantled.
I suspect there are scandals brewing in every corner of the Obama administration. There’s no point in controlling the world’s most powerful government if you can’t use it as a weapon against your enemies.
