According to Rush, the information went to Pro Publica, a leftist group headed by Herb something or other who made bazillions in the sub-prime business, who then distributed it to urinalists, who wrote seemingly spontaneous exposes about anything they could twist into looking bad for the conservative groups and their donors. Scum. Filth. Human garbage.
We aren’t even sure of their names offhand, but “Herb” is part of a husband and wife team who actually came up with the idea of the sub-prime mortgage, which eventually wound up crashing the economy. (But of course it’s still Bush’s fault/s;) If there were ANY integrity in urinalism, their names would be as infamous as Kenneth Lay and Bernie Madoff....
I think that is true, but I think it went further than that. For one thing, I’ll bet that many individuals listed as members or donors were singled out for individual harassment on their income taxes. I don’t believe that is the limit of it, either. I think if we ever get to the bottom of this we will find there is much, much more going on.
