This is a very interesting article by Sharyl Attkisson at CBS News. It’s very long and covers different topics surrounding Benghazi, from the decision not to deploy FEST to how the talking points came about.
The quote below talks about how certain anonymous White House officials say that the missteps in Benghazi was less about malice and more about incompetence. For instance, they claim that the reasoning behind not deploying the counterterrorism unit known as FEST stemmed from a misunderstanding of FEST’s role and ability. One official does pin the decision not to send in FEST on Under Secretary Patrick Kennedy, though the State Dept. would not admit to it.
If all of this is true in the report, the bottom line is whether it was incompetence or malice, it’s completely and utterly unacceptable and the truth should be made known to the American people.

Is he the same Patrick Kennedy that is Teddy Kennedy’s son, and former Representative from Rhode Island? Wonder if he is being set up to take the fall on this? The Clintons and the Kennedy’s don’t like each other.

Well, Obama is off the hook, he's not a man and he doesn't command anything, never has unless you count the Baskin Robbins - (which was the only paying employment he's ever admitted to)
Probably so in regard to routine personnel approvals. In some cases he might recommend and SoS approve. Would the attack of an consulate be considered routine? Hell no. This went to the SoS and the president who is CiC. Obama either said no or ignored the request.
The biggest question is: “Where was Brokeback in the hours before, during, and after the terrorist attacks?” Check the White Hut visitors log to see if one of his faggot lovers was on the premises that night. Also if his beard Moochelle was out of town. My bet is that Bathhouse Barry was playing hide the salami with a boyfriend (Reggie Love?) while his ambassador and three other brave men were being murdered.

I stopped reading that tripe. Those guys are lying through their teeth.... I finally went back and read the rest.
Strictly speaking, people at that level are not idiots. The president isn’t an idiot. Steeped in Socialist/MArxist ideology, there value system is out of line. But there are smart people. They have managed to connive their way to the top of the Washington power structure. They are not stupid and not idiots.
They are conniving lowlifes.
This article clearly shows, by who is leaking and what is NOT being said, that this was a State Department operation all the way. State was in charge of theh operation, and they led the coverup.
This is all lies, and this article is their attempt to throw cold water on the brewing scandal.
